Demographic and digital citizenship papers due tomorrow -
We have created together a Medicine Wheel and linked it to our pillars of care. we are encouraging students at Beddington Heights to be open to different perspectives, cultural traditions, and ways of seeing and knowing. We also looked at some pictures of the Medicine Wheel that is on Nose Hill Park. If you are interested in a family field trip it is located just above the Winter Club on 14 Street.
We continue to lay the ground work for our reading and writing times. We have started recording different ideas that we could use as a writing topic and students have begun a writing sample for me.
Today in math we were looking at patterns on the 100 chart and students coloured the pattern they could best explain using math words.
