We had a great day at Kamp Kiwanis - I hope you got the chance to talk with your student about the activities they participated in. Hands down, the favorite was the Animal Game that we played in the forest after lunch. It is a pretty complex game of tag but such fun.
Today we did some writing about our day at Kamp Kiwanis and relived a few memories. For sure many of us a hoping to go the Kamp Kiwanis when we are old enough to be a summer camper!
This morning we estimated how long it would take us to walk one kilometre. We then estimated how many laps of the school field would make one kilometre and then we went outside to find out the answer! Ask your little learner how many laps we walked of the field and how long it took. What a great day outside.
