We analyzed our boxes today as we began our latest project. We looked at our boxes for their special features, size, shape, words etc. We described our boxes in writing and then drew them. We read, "What To Do With A Box"which was a gentle reminder that a simple box can be a child's most imaginative plaything. Next we will make a plan for what we can turn our box into.
We practised our key boarding skills and wrote our informational poem about how to be a mouse on the computer. They look great displayed on our wall but it was difficult for some of us to remember that all of the sentences had to start with a verb. Trying to make our writing interesting for our reader.
Fun lunch order form may still be in a backpack near you. This lunch is free from parent council they just need to know how many of each kind of hamburger to make. Please help them out by filling in the form and sending it back to school by tomorrow.
